Mainly good, but some room for improvement

Great design to the vac itself. After using for two months, the hose still has a coiled memory to it, which prevents it from allowing the vacuum to travel freely. The tail hose doesn’t whiparound much at all and the flow is set to four. The reverse thruster needs to be stronger to pull the vacuum away from corners it can get stuck in. It does a good job of picking up leaves and debris, but hast to pass directly over them. After two hours the pool surface is clean.

Arrived promptly. The item was shipped in its original box with all the colorful pictures and features of the product clearly visible (not good for theft prevention). It was not placed inside a generic box for shipping. Also, there was no protective packaging inside the box. The vac-sweep and hose were just laying in the box with freedom to shift around and possibly get damaged. Luckily it arrived okay with no damage. The vac-sweep setup was straight forward, quick and easy to follow instructions. So far the P3900 vac-sweep is working great in my in-ground pool. We have lots of corners and unique shapes and the vac-sweep does a good job navigating the shapes and climbing the walls higher than I expected. We had lots of leaves, small aggregate pebbles (new pool finish), and debris. The vac-sweep cleaned it all up in under two hours.

Poor design and misleading pictures

It’s a defective design that prevents the unit from climbing stairs - no wheel clearance in the front of the unit causing it to get stuck all the time

I was recommended this as an upgrade from my 280? And Leslie’s said it was great. Fast forward and not even close. It sucks. Actually check that. It doesn’t. Horrible model and now Leslie’s tells me it’s the worst one on the market. I would say yeah.
